Your role as an Account Director heads up a client service team comprising of Account Managers and Account Executives. You core objective is to ensure that your client base is being serviced to an exceptional high standard.
Your responsibilities will include the management of the account team and the implementation of processes along with the identification of opportunities for up-selling all company products and services to existing clients.
You will work with the Management Team, Account Managers, Account Executives, Head of Growth, Production Coordinator, Project Team Leads as well as ensuring that Account Managers/ Executives are delivering projects, campaigns, on time and within budget.
You will be responsible for the time management and billing for all client campaigns & projects. Monthly reporting, Management meetings and the production of proposals are also a key part of your role.
