Head of Growth (Maternity Cover).

About the mission

Your role as the Head of Growth is to oversee the growth team ensuring that clients’ products and campaigns are expertly managed, deliver excellent results and receive regular communication and reports as to their performance.

You will oversee and manage work across all digital media channels including Social, Display, SEO, PPC, E-Mail, Programmatic, Native, Content and affiliates and work across all aspects of the Origin business including working with Development, Design and PR. You will oversee and manage the marketing team and their performance.

You will be responsible to ensure that all that all digital campaigns and projects are delivered on time and within budget and for the time management and billing of digital marketing client campaigns and projects.

A key part of your role will include identifying opportunities for up-selling all company services to existing clients.

Customer communication, monthly reporting and sales meetings are also a key part of your role.


  • Management of Growth team, their outputs and results.
  • Working with the Production Coordinator in the planning of the Growth team sprint.
  • Growth of Origin across all channels.
  • Management of SEO, PPC, Display, Native, E-mail & Social media.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of digital marketing projects.
  • Ensure that all campaigns & projects are delivered on-time and that the reporting of client KPI’s is communicated to clients on a month by month or campaign by campaign basis (if required).
  • Communicate / meet regularly with clients to ensure that digital marketing requirements are being met.
  • Provide consultancy and advice to clients as a paid-for service.
  • Measure campaign performance and deliver regular client reports.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive client / account management documentation.
  • Ensure that all campaign delivery time is accurately monitored, recorded and passed for invoicing.
  • From time to time you may also be asked to undertake additional account management or other tasks.
