After a competitive pitch process, The NI Chamber of Commerce & Industry (the NI Chamber) selected Origin to support them in the development of a digital strategy and new online customer experience to help deliver the vision for the future of the organisation.

The challenge

As a long established business membership organisation, the NI Chamber is widely known and respected in Northern Ireland.

However, there was some inconsistency in the perception of the brand and value proposition which could be a potential blocker to growth and the development of the true potential of the organisation.

The online customer experience also had issues with information architecture, efficiency of user journeys and effectively communication the value of the NI Chamber. These issues also caused inefficiencies for the NI Chamber team in terms of Member Admin, Marketing, Event Mgt.

Our challenge was to work together to review the brand identity, messaging and website experience for all Chamber stakeholders.

The outcomes

Working together we reviewed and refreshed the NI Chamber brand identity and tool-kit, bringing a new visual narrative and consistency of communication across all channels.

We also created a narrative and messaging architecture which will enable the NI Chamber to effectively communicate their value and understanding of their audience. Finally we designed and developed a new website experience and management system for members, stakeholders and the NI Chamber team. We also introduced marketing automation with Hubspot to support the Chamber teams’ Sales and Marketing efforts.
