The Brief

Openly are an Insurtech located in Boston, MA. They have developed insurance products and quotation software for Insurance Agents to allow them to provide fast home insurance quotes for high value homes in minutes – freeing up time for agents to focus on their customers. Whilst they used social media, reach and engagement was limited and they approached Origin to help them to develop a social media strategy.

The challenge

Openly wanted to leverage social media for brand awareness and outreach, but had no formal strategy to govern their approach.

They approached Origin for help with creating a social media strategy to help them maximise their approach with the resources that they have available.

The outcomes

Following a number of workshops to determine core KPIs, Origin developed a Social Media Strategy for Openly to enhance their usage of social media, provide guidelines for consistency and to amplify organic reach amongst their target audience of US Independent Insurance Agents.
